The rest is a massive interaction with the remaining interdimensional layers of DNA. Biological Layer, Human Genome, Science has found that the human genome has 3 billion part and a fraction of the part are readable as proteins. 5% create the tree of life. This is what you can see under the microscope. When you scientist first looked ook at the parts of the DNA you can see 90% didn't makes any sense. They don't make sense because they are not in 3d. Inside your cellular nuclei is a genetic structure that is mostly lying dormant.

Your role is to allow yourself to undergo an enormous integration of your physical and spiritual bodies.

You are a born leader, and demand respect and freedom of thought and action. You protect and provide for those you love. You can achieve much in life and ideally should be your own boss, or at least in a position where you can assert your own ideas.

Self Development is a personal commitment to seek the knowledge and wisdom to control one's own life and acquire a state of harmony and balance that promotes a life of peace, love, joy, and good health. Self Development through alignment is the road to that leads to enlightenment and self mastery and is the panacea for all addictions, relationship problems, emotional problems, and dis-ease. Before we step into the path of self enlightenment lets consider a few questions.

1: Are you currently in a environment that is supportive of your quest for personal development and will you have the time and space needed for personal growth and healing?

2: Are you willing to take responsibility for your thoughts, feelings, and actions?

3: Do you have a desire to manifest your power to overcome imbalances and discords such as; addiction, relationship problems, emotional problems, and dis-ease?

A person on the path to enlightenment through self development is a born leader who understands freedom of thought, feeling, and actions. You learn protect and provide c for those you love. You can achieve much in life in a position where you can assert your own ideas and development.

Free choice is every persons birth right! understanding and honoring free choice is paramount in the quest for self development. By opening your mind to to new possibilities you choose to become a source of courage, inspiration, and a natural leader. When you set yourself apart from others and develop a point of view of your self and of your reality you increase your own self worth, self confidence. In the long run you will be respected for your personal convictions and courage to pursue a balanced lifestyle. This kind of individual strength is based on the ability to stick to your guns when things get rough. The personal integrity of a person committed to their own self development can become a irritant to less confident individuals and you may often feel the pressure of others who try to make you conform to old set of beliefs. Be sure to make all personal decisions for yourself and do not depend on the influence others. Your closest relationship should first be with yourself and then with people who will not challenge your free choice. If you are serious about your personal development you should surround yourself with compassionate, loyal, and healthy relationships that honor your free choice. Success depends on your ability to think freely and practice positive thoughts, feelings, and actions in all situations. You will find it more helpful to work on your self development in a balanced, no confrontational environment so your control of your growth is unquestionable. You must learn to use discipline and patience. In the long run, It should be you who will inspire others through the power of example. And remember, the secret is "Practice"

What is the Human Being?

A human being is a spiritual being having a human experience. The human experience is a myriad of spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical experiences that come from internal and external stimuli. The spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical are the four primary aspects the make the whole human experience. All human thoughts, feeling, and actions are influenced by the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical. The more we understand how and to align the four aspect of self, the better we are at creating a harmonious equilibrium within our own being and in the 3D world. The Truth is that we are spiritual beings with great power, who have come into a 3D world to learn our lessons in soul growth, and to use our spiritual power to make a difference.

The Four Aspects of Self Identity

1. Spiritual
2. Mental
3. Emotional
4. Physical

Who Am I?

The process of love is the foundation of our spiritual journey, which is all about reconnecting to the unconditional love that which we came. This can be the most difficult thing that we will ever do. The Universal law of cause and effect will always show us where we do not love ourselves by bringing us people and situations that show us where we are out of love with ourselves. But until we begin to understand the laws of cause and effect we miss out on some very valuable learning experiences.

Every aspect of our reality reflects where we are in the process of love back to us. Whatever is out of balance, not flowing smoothly or simply too hard is a reflection of where we must learn to love ourselves more and get back on the path of unconditional love. By detaching from the illusions of seeking balance from external sources or 'what' is happening and being the observer we can very quickly learn where we need to make changes to create a balanced and harmonious reality.

The mirror of our reality shows us the truth of where we are on our spiritual journey. It is a truth that we may not always want to see or believe. After all, who wants to know that they do not honor, respect or love themselves? We want other people to be that for us, instead of changing what we are doing. But the mirror never shows us less than the truth and the choices that we make will always be reflected back to us.

We can use that information contained in the reality that is mirrored to us to make changes in how we love ourselves. As with any Universal principle, the process of love is very direct. We are either on the path of unconditional love or not. If we are not, we will not have love mirrored back to us. If we are, our reality will flow smoothly and our lives will be filled with peace, joy and unconditional love. This week, be the observer in your reality. Look at any situation that does not bring you joy and consider how it could be reflecting where you are in the process of love. Use it as a source of information to determine where you need to make changes so that your life flows with unconditional love and your heart's desires are mirrored in every aspect of your reality.

Changing our Beliefs

As we move through the Shift and along our spiritual path we are challenged to change the way we look at ourselves and our reality. While the Universe may make helpful suggestions as to where the changes should be made the final choices and decisions are always ours. If we can pay attention to how the situations occur and the energies around them, a pattern emerges that can show us how our beliefs and reality interact to create what is happening before us. Understanding how our beliefs work provides the key to manifesting what we want.

The way our beliefs work is very simple, what we believe about everything determines our reality on physical, material, emotional and spiritual levels. As each experience uncovers another level of beliefs we must find ways to change what we believe, when those beliefs are creating a reality that we no longer want, to alter the course of the path that we are on.

So much of what we know about the world comes from our beliefs. We know, for example, that the earth is round. But many centuries ago everyone believed that it was flat and they maintained that belief until someone proved it wrong. And even then, people were reluctant to change their beliefs about the shape of the earth. We believe that grass is green but to a person who is color blind, grass is brown. We will believe something until we have proof that it is no longer true. We often search for that proof outside of ourselves but with the Shift and our new focus on standing in our power, we must learn to create the proof to change our beliefs by ourselves.

When we have beliefs that must be changed something happens that highlights the area of our life they affect in ways we cannot ignore. What we do at that moment in time determines how we move forward. We can either use the experience to reinforce the belief in our powerlessness and inadequacy or we can see the situation as an opportunity to change a belief.

If we use the situation to reinforce the belief in our powerlessness, then we have missed the point of this lesson. And we will be able to repeat it again in the future, which can further reinforce the belief that we are not good enough, deserving enough, smart enough or lucky enough to create what we want. If our belief is that we do not deserve a loving relationship, for example, we will attract relationships with people who do not love, honor or respect us. When we are in those experiences, the pain that each relationship causes us can serve to reinforce our belief that we don’t deserve better. As long as we have that belief and keep reinforcing it for ourselves, we will continue to attract difficult relationships, or other difficult situations, to us.

Or, we can detach from these situations and view them as an opportunity to change our belief. When we realize that what we believe puts out the energy that people and situations connect to, we understand that our beliefs create the reality we live in, on every level. Each person and situation that uncovers a belief for us is giving us the opportunity to review and change that belief. The challenge for us is to step into our power and change the belief. We can do that and our reality will change accordingly.

That’s not to say that the change will be immediate and we may even have several opportunities to review a belief but if we stand in our power and do not get involved in the emotional dynamics of the experiences, we can make a great deal of progress. While we may have many beliefs about the world and our place in it, there are several things that we can focus on to help us through this process:

* We are divine spiritual beings and unconditional love, unlimited abundance, prosperity, peace and joy are our birthright.
* We are connected and are part of the Source and have unlimited power and authority over every aspect of our reality.
* We are always loved unconditionally and are supported in everything we do.
* It is our spiritual destiny to bring light, peace and joy to the world and that process begins with us and our own reality.

As with everything that we do that allows us to move forward along our spiritual path, each time we change a belief in our reality we create the possibility for that belief to change for all of humanity. Everything that we do creates an energy that resonates through the Universe. Each of us has the power to change the world, to bring heaven on earth and as we do that for ourselves we do it for everyone.

Becoming conscious is about connecting with who you really are, and recognizing the fact that you share infinite Creation with a vast spiritual family. This swiftly becomes obvious as you grow beyond your ego-self and learn about Creation. All life is connected and responsible for maintaining this connection; our connection with you over the eons is as a way-shower and divine nurturer. This led us from time to time to disguise ourselves, with Heaven's blessings, as

Growth in consciousness means harmonizing and uniting with the whole,

In the process of spiritual development and enlightenment it is important to understand that it is not black and white. There are many myriad's of color each personal energy and level of spiritual development and energy. A balanced, enlightened person is not any better that anyone else, nor does he/her judge others as lesser beings. An enlightened individual respects the free choice of others and never imposes his or her will or ideas upon another individual.

Self assessment is the key to your personal freedom! It is true that we can be given advice, but advice not asked for is advise not given and seldom even considered. It takes desire and pure intent to be and become balanced and free from common problems and annoying conditions we all want to avoid. With that being said, it is totally up to you to learn to master your own life and solve the riddles of self mastery. The good news is that if you have the desire to change you also have the tools to begin. Now, all you just need is quality information and a plan that support your desire to live a life of personal freedom.

I think we have progressed far enough with our awakening to realize that life is transitory and that change is what creates new life.

Positive self development can only begin when and individual has conscious desire and pure intent to live in harmony with natural law.

Awareness of basic fundamentals of balance and harmony. Although many imbalances and discords may exist externally, in order to overcome the discords such as addiction, stress, anxiety, and, relationship problems we first must learn what is means become balance and centered ourself. By learning the fundamentals associated with balance and harmony we also learn the fundamentals for imbalance and discord. This is know as "duality" and "Cause and Effect"!

To desire to become balanced and Live a life of harmony begins with our own "Self Worth". This can be a new beginning and focused concentration of what is takes to be and become what your heart desires. Balance and Harmony is about peace, joy, love, and unity. When one feels the attributes of harmony, balance and being centered many things that seem so hard to overcome start to fade away. Such is the way of a balanced individual. They simple don't have the relationship problems, addictions, stress, anxiety, depression, and common dis-eases of and imbalance individual.

Healing The Body, Mind, and Spirit.

Healing the Body, Mind, and Spirit is whole body experience that balances all aspects of self. A person with never achieve total bliss without the understanding the whole self.

The Four Fundamental Aspects of Self

The body, mind, and spirit consist of four fundamental aspects that make a whole person. These four fundamental aspects are the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Each of these aspect/bodies of self plays a unique part in self healing and achieving balance and harmony. Being aware/conscious of the four aspects/bodies of self is the seed for self healing and understanding the cause of most human problems, relationships problems, and dis-ease. This awareness is the catalyst for opening an individual up to becoming balanced and eliminating the disharmonies that are causing the problems they would like to avoid.

Any lack of awareness of how the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual interconnect and exchange energy Bodies Disharmonies and lack of balance associated with all aspect of self "The Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual Bodies" are the root of most personal issues and health problems. Bringing the Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual Bodies into balance promote self healing and self mastery.

The human soul is connected to more than just the material body. In fact, the human being consist of seven bodies. It is important to know that each aspect of self has parameters that need attending to in order for alignment to occur. Knowing the four aspects of self is key to seeing the whole but each aspect must be broken down and examined. And yet, most people want greater and greater understanding of who they are. The majority of people take no time to study their inner self. To know yourself, you need to study yourself. However, the majority people are at a level of learning wherein situations need t o get pretty painful in order for them to seek change and search within.

The Spiritual Bodies / The Intuitive Body and Causal Body

When we are in alignment with our spiritual self we become balanced in the body, mind, and spirit, have healthy relationships, less problems, and avoid serious dis-ease. When we are not in tune with our spiritual aspects of self, material and external stimuli come to the fore in an attempt to satisfy our needs and desires. This tends to result in the mental, emotional, and physical imbalance that cause the disharmonies that eventually force more complicated issues to the surface.

The human spirit is ever present, even in people who are not spiritually developing. The spirit of the who they wish to be remains. All humans have great dreams and aspirations, and are loving and compassionate on a intuitive level. However, in many people the intuitive self gets pushed aside as they loose sight of who they are.

Spiritual Alignment and the Intuitive Soul Body

When a person chooses to align with their intuitive soul body, unconditional love for self and other begins to manifest as the individual becomes into alignment with their heart desires. Sometimes call the "Higher Self", The higher self becomes the moderating, nurturing aspect of the individual tempering all behavior and healing the body, mind, spirit.

This is the point wherein you would be wise to take note and AMPLIFY the subtle inner sensations of intuition (inner Guidance). You ALL have this! Some simply take more conscious note of the signals and learn to interpret them.

When you begin to sense and integrate the inner world of the Knowing-self that is always connected to Creator Source, with your outer conscious reactionary self, you open up all sorts of new potentials as greater information is made available to you from which to draw discernment.

It is also at this point that the nature of your lessons begins to take on a new direction. That is, it is often at the point wherein ones open up to the spiritual side of "life in the physical" that there is a great amount of change, confusion, and often heartache, as the schoolroom is rearranged to accommodate your next set of lessons.

Just as you may have to leave friends and family behind in order to go off to college, so too is it often similarly the case when students of Life are ready for finer spiritual aspects of their journey.

Though this sort of transition can be difficult as ones blossom into the next level of learning, so too can it be a time of excitement and great learning as "coincident" meetings begin to take place and new circles of like-minded friendships are formed.

In summery, the spiritual bodies are called the intuitive body and causal body. These are the two aspect of the the spiritual self. The intuitive body is more evident as intuition is a normal every day experience of human nature. Together with the casual body and intuitive body-forms the higher self and the permanent soul. The casual body is the spirit of universal consciousness and unlimited possibility and is the link to God - it is not just a link, but a pure part of God within us. "Active Intelligence" that ignite when the person come into alignment with their intuitive self. With the combination of intuition and unlimited possibilities the individual see life as a new experience and become the bright light that represents a spiritually developed person.

The Mental Body

"If you can imagine it, you can create it. If you can dream it, you can become it." -William Arthur Ward

Unconscious thoughts evoke behavior based on past pain and old negative practices and programming.

When thoughts are out of control and without focus, negative and obsessive thinking overtakes our free will. Out-of-control thinking reinforces our feeling of being a victim. Problem-oriented thinking creates a downward spiral with no hope of resolution. Unbidden thoughts come into our mind, which punish us with old core beliefs about the inadequacy of our being.

Our thoughts make us feel separate from everyone and everything and limit us from achieving our desires. Therefore, our moral principles and codes of right and wrong are debased to a state of war with the world around us. We give ourselves permission to do anything because we are separate from society. However, we are all "herd animals" and soon find another "society" where using drugs and alcohol, having "fun", and "doing whatever we want", rules. However, before we know it, our choices turn to addictions, and we again find ourselves Out of Control.

The Mental Body represents our own thoughts, that is our conscious AND unconscious thoughts, as well as the emotionally laced thoughts of others that are perceived by our Astral Body. Thoughts, and the words and actions that are initiated by those thoughts, is the core of our Power, whether it be our "power over" others or our "power within" our self.

If we can gain "power over" ourselves we will feel our "power within". Then we will not be a victim to else's "power over" us, nor will we feel the need to have "power over" another. Power then becomes something that we have, not something that we use.

The "lower" mental body. This is the level of thoughts and ego.

The "higher" mental body. On its level we find consciousness, ideas and the intellect. The emotional, and ego are the ones that primarily do the processing of the experiences that we make through the use of our material body.

We try to get our guest to a point of this self-realization, in doing this there is a great amounts of positive energy that is infused into the physical in the process. The shift of mental attitude changes from "I can't do that!" to "I can do it. This change in and of itself, generate a strong flow of positive energy. This is most effective when the belief is reinforced with action taken.

The Emotional Body

It all starts in the "emotional body", and if we can let go of all of the emotional pain we carry from earlier traumas or false/negative perceptions, we unblock the pathways for healthy energy flow in our bodies and restoration of health.

Emotions interface with our physical bodies via our biochemistry and affect our DNA on a sub atomic level. If we are unconscious what is causing the feelings that are manifesting emotional problems then our body will project discomfort to our consciousness as dis-ease.

These hidden emotions create an sense of dread that feels like a dense, heaviness in our bodies. Depression numbs our emotions, makes us eat and sleep too much, not enough, or at the wrong time. Then our bodies are even more uncomfortable, which makes us feel like the victim of our emotions.

In this condition, our desire for external stimuli becomes a unconscious statement of our desperation. In a vain attempt to control our emotions we may seek out external sources such as drugs and alcohol, become abusive. controlling, and depressed. Each creates a certain "emotional feeling" and temporarily serves the purpose of dampening the emotions that constantly haunt us.

If the mind stays focused on the lower-vibrational emotional energies of grief, fear, and anger. This in general keeps the mind externally focused (distracted), and thus diverts attention away from an awakening within.

The Physical Body / The Ethereal Body

The physical body either benefits from balance and harmony or suffers from an imbalance. When the mental and emotional bodies are in control the physical body suffer stress and disease from an imbalance. This is cause by lack of awareness of how ones thoughts and emotions affect the physical body. This disharmony and imbalance is often overlooked. Thoughts creates reality! When the physical body of an average healthy personal starts to break down is usually when that person start looking for a solution. Typically the first step is to go to a doctor for some type of treatment. This avenue of help is imprinted in the physic of all Americans. Seldom does a person look to heal themselves. This is because they believe that the cause is something external. This is typically not so! A personal who practices balancing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of self is statistically a healthier person and are protected from the mental and emotional imbalance that cause physical distress. A balance person aware of their inner power does not typically seek the medical help others seek. This is because minor problems will never manifest to the point of becoming any danger to their physical body.

You must learn to use discipline.

Oneness is the panacea that you seek, expressed as Unconditional Love. When you have reached this point, you have found your true Self.

The Most Powerful Law In The Universe

The Law of Attraction is simply the way vibrational energy works.

Thought create reality. What you think you are you are, like attracts like

Every thought vibrates at a particular frequency, every thought radiates a frequency signal and attracts a matching signal back. This is commonly known as the Law of Attraction.

The Law of "Energy" Attraction says: Like attract like. And so, you might see the powerful Law of Attraction as a sort of Universal Manager that sees to it that all thoughts that match one another line up.

You understand this principle when you turn on your radio and deliberately tune your receiver to match a signal from a broadcasting tower. You do not expect to hear music that is being broadcast on the radio frequency of 101FM to be received on your tuner when it is set at 98.6FM. You understand that radio vibrational frequencies must match and the Law of Attraction agrees with you.

So, as your experience causes you to launch thought vibrational that manifest desires, you must then find ways of holding yourself consistently in vibrational harmony with those desires in order to receive their manifestation.

Whatever you are giving your attention to causes you to emit a vibration and the vibrations that you offer equal your asking, which equals your point of attraction.

If there is something you desire that you currently do not have, you need only put your attention upon it and, by the Law of Attraction, it will come to you, for as you think about this thing or experience that you desire, you offer a vibration and then, by Law, that very thing or experience must come to you.

However, if there is something that you desire that you currently do not have and you put your attention upon your current state of not having it, then Law of Attraction will continue to match that not having it vibration, so you will continue to not have that which you desire. It is Law.

The key to bringing something into your experience that you desire is to achieve vibrational harmony with what you desire. And the easiest way for you to achieve vibrational harmony with it is to imagine having it, pretend that it is already in your experience, flow your thoughts toward the enjoyment of the experience and as you practice those thoughts and begin to consistently offer that vibration, you will then be in the place of allowing that into your experience.
Now, by paying attention to the way you feel, you can easily know if you are giving your attention to your desire or if you are giving it to the absence of your desire. When your thoughts are a vibrational match to your desire, you feel good – your emotional range would be from contentment to expectation to eagerness to joy. But if you are giving your attention to the lack or absence, of your desire – your emotions would range from feelings of pessimism to worry to discouragement to anger to insecurity to depression.
And so, as you become consciously aware of your emotions, you will always know how you are doing with the allowing part of your Creative Process and you will never again misunderstand why things are turning out the way they are. Your emotions provide a wonderful guidance system for you and if you will pay attention to them, you will be able to guide yourself to anything that you desire.

By the powerful Universal Law of Attraction, you draw to you the essence of whatever you are predominantly thinking about. So if you are predominantly thinking about the things that you desire, your life experience reflects those things. And, in the same way, if you are predominantly thinking about what you do not want, your life experience reflects those things.

Whatever you are thinking about is like planning a future event. When you are appreciating, you are planning. When you are worrying, you are planning. (Worrying is using your imagination to create something you do not want.)

Every thought, every idea, every Being every thing, is vibrational, so when you focus your attention on something, even for a short period of time, the vibration of your Being begins to reflect the vibration of that which you are giving your attention to. The more you think about it, the more you vibrate like it; the more you vibrate like it, the more of that which is like it is attracted to you. That trend in attraction will continue to increase until a different vibration is offered by you. And when a different vibration is offered, things that match that vibration are then drawn to you, by you.

When you understand the Law of Attraction, you are never surprised by what occurs in your experience; you understand that you have invited every bit of it in through your own thought process. Nothing can occur in your life experience without your invitation of it through your thought.

Because there are no exceptions to The Law of Attraction, a thorough understanding of it is easy to achieve. And once you understand that you get what you think about and, equally important, when you are aware of what you are thinking, then you are in the position to exercise absolute control of your own experience.

The Laws of Balance

1. Learn Laws of the Creation which encompasses all.
Also known as the "Law of One".

2. Do not impose nor force your free-will upon the free-will of another.
Also known as "The Law of Non-interfencere."

3. As you sow, so shall you reap. Also called "The Law of Cause and Effect."

4. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Also called "The Golden Rule".

All human beings are subject to the frailty of ego and personal systems beliefs. Discernment is the key. When your personal integrity is not maintained the connection to your true spirit becomes disconnected. All humans are subject to falling in and out of integrity. Spiritual development in actuality is the ability of each soul to look inside and find the divinity within their own heart. Not through blindly following others or accepting the beliefs of a particular program. Accept only what you discern individually that resonates as true and never give your power to another. Each human being must inevitably go inside to find truth. Study, look, listen, discern, review and only accept what resonates within your heart. The way to sovereignty of SELF is through self-definition, and seeking that aspect of God inside each of you. Discover your path. Discover yourself. Love yourself and love the divinity inside you and you will discover the multidimensional aspects of your Soul.

CHALLENGES – stubbornness, impatience with the shortcomings of others, overconfidence, selfishness, conceit, and an over-concern with appearance. If anger and aggressiveness are a problem, you could become too domineering, vindictive, or even violent. Also, if you deny the challenge of the 1 to provide strength and leadership , allowing others to make decisions for you, you may find yourself unable to hold down a job, marriage etc.
