In this lesson we are going to discuss the human attribute of selflessness and it's healing qualities.

Selflessness is an attribute of love and compassion. Selflessness, unconditional love, and compassion are catalyst for miraculous healing and activating the antenna of our Spiritual DNA. These powerful energies have an inter-dimensional way of providing a high vibrational healing response to the Human body. Human DNA listens for the high vibrations of harmony, unconditional love, compassion, and selflessness and begins to activate healing.

Selflessness is considered out-going human quality that is outward focused and action oriented, but since it is an attribute of love and compassion it also an internal quality that come from the nurturing feminine energies of the soul . When we combine the outward focus masculine energies with the internal nurturing feminine energies of the soul the result is a harmonious balanced energy that promotes and healing from within and from without. This is the signature of an enlightened being.

learning to be loving, caring, giving, generous, understanding, sympathetic and sensitive, learning to put aside prejudices, being what you would like others to be, being of help, making the world a bit better. Those who are devoted acts of unconditional love, compassion, and selflessness who helping others and serving humanity tend to be lively, bright, enthusiastic, balanced and healthy. They are more self sufficient.

Curiosity is insatiable and promotes the mental energy that will always keep you alert. It help you be and become wonderful teacher and student that loves knowledge and all kinds of people. It is important to be open with friends and lovers but use compassion so not to be viewed by others as inconsiderate.

Most people are the happiest when they can do something to benefit humanity. If you develop a strong desire to make a difference in the world and help where you can you produce a sense of fulfillment that promote deep healing. Selflessness is a powerful healing energy and it also sets a positive example for others. If you can incorporate that attribute of selflessness into your being you will attract the same love and compassion you are putting out.

Selflessness is and encompassing love and compassion for all. This is one that is generosity, benevolence and patients. Your horizons are broad - almost limitless. You may turn to be a source of inspiration to others which is your ultimate opportunity. Potential and great capacity for human understanding, breath of vision and depth of insight. You must develop tolerance and empathy for people, their need and their motivations that transcends biases or prejudices. You have to learn to go beyond the immediate sphere of self and see yourself as an instrument in the course of the greater universal order. Do not try to hold onto people after your immediate responsibility is met. There is a limitless variety of experience that will come to you if you are not possessive of people and things. Those who practice compassion for others with pure intent to server the highest good have a positive outlook on life, have healthy relationships, better health and are energetic . The most satisfying and successful road for any human being is sharing your time, abundance ,and energy for creating a better world without expecting anything in return. The more we give, the larger the reward. Selflessness is the really unconditional love and compassion because he/she can understand, without judgement or prejudice, how and why others are the way they are. By becoming compassionate friend you will be at home wherever you are. The key is compassionate, sacrifice and letting go of the need to control others, and seek fulfillment in the external such as material possession, and unhealthy relationships.

Do you pray for those who hurt and persecute you? When you pray for them you acknowledge your responsibility in creating this situation. Prayer is one way to release it. When you pray for them to receive their blessings, find the light, to find peace, you ask Source to take over the burden of dealing with them. When you pray for those who are unkind to you or who do not honor you, you change the energy of your interactions from material to spiritual. Do you pray for your leaders, for those who run your governments and make your laws? Complaining about problems only focuses on the negative energy and the darkness. Only light can heal darkness. This new space can be likened to a cosmic eruption of total illumination of our life’s journey, yet, when presented with these opportunities to make significant and life altering changes, we often loose sight of our path. Such is the case right now. And the discordance is noticeable in the natural flow of our lives. 1- Remain centered. Very easy to say...how often do we achieve this in daily life? I’m gonna say...merely. What they recommended is to sit on the ground when things get wobbly. The ground will do amazing things to bring us back to center and give us the footing that we loose with all this fire burning through our bodies, minds and souls. You will notice this month that all this fiery energy is building up within to be released for the greater good (in its highest form) but if we remain unfocused and ungrounded, we can EASILY burn out. (see The Legions of Light message on the August fires for a reminder: http://manifestwiththemasters.blogspot.com/2007/08/special-message-from-on-high.html) A good idea to focus all this energy into something productive, and therefore creative.

You will also notice as this energy is coursing through your veins, if you do not have a proper outlet, it can cause physical discomfort. The energy is clarifying what needs to be addressed in order to get our creations out into the word where we can attract and build successful foundations for ourselves and our families steeped in higher consciousness. This fire then is prudent for our success the rest of the year and so on.

They also recommend walking barefoot on the grass and taking a nap on a blanket outdoors to re-calibrate if you feel yourself burning out or experiencing stress in the plexus. The solar plexus chakra is associated with the fire element (sun) and provides warmth and comfort, but also can cause fear and terror. This chakra spans a wide emotional area so you can gauge your center by the amount of anxiety and stress that you are feeling. On a physical level this can manifest as intense tightening in the neck and shoulder muscles as well. If it were up to me, I would dig a hole in my garden and bury myself up to my neck...but I am an extremist with severe challenges around grounding.

2- Get and stay creative. This month holds tremendous power of creativity...the masculine, the yang, the Wands Suit in the Tarot, all associated with the element of Fire. Fire is responsible for creativity, action and movement. It is associated with such qualities as enthusiasm, adventure, risk taking, and confidence. It is an outward flow of energy that stimulates active involvement and connectivity...the signature trait (among others) of the powerful Leo. Therefore we would benefit mostly by utilizing this fire to not only engage in active creativity, but to put it out into the world with the energy of confidence and risk taking at the helm. If you can ride the crest of this molten wave of lava all the way to September, which will be a very beneficial month for reaping your harvest, you may surprise yourself and others. THis is the month to organize and clarify what success means for you and to put your plans in action...even if it is baby steps, they are forward moving none the less. Of course you will only reap what you sow, so the more forward moving you can be, the more results you will procure.

3- Drink lots of water. It was recommended that I not only drink obscene amounts of water each day to assist my body in detoxification, but also to place my water (in glass only) in the sun for at least 15 minutes. I was told that the sun would change the energetic components in my water and therefore assist my body in obtaining the bio-nutrients necessary for rapid detoxification and aligning with my lightbody. Though I have little idea what all that means, I trust that it is good.

4- Raw Foods. Now I know what your thinking...yeah right. When we are in the midst of a major shift or confronted with our shadows, there is nothing more appealing than a big mac, I will be the first to say. And yes, our bodies do crave extra proteins, fats and also carbs as we are assimilating, however, this does not mean that we can’t incorporate more raw foods into our lives on a more regular basis.

If you notice, on those days when you are in a particularly high frequency, your body will desire and crave only higher vibrational foods. (raw, organic) When we are transmuting, or sitting in our poo...as I like to say, we are craving the frequency of lower-vibrational foods to match our moods...(ladies, think PMS) I guess this gives new meaning to “you are what you eat”...hmmm. The point is, don’t obsess over it. I like to listen to my body, but I also try to assist in convincing it to take one for the team, so to speak. I mean, we’re all in this together, right? So if you want to incorporate higher vibrational foods in your life, the easiest and most efficient way to do this is by raising your vibration. Plain and simple, but not easy. How to do this? See number’s 1-6.

5- Exercise. This is a big one. I actually wish I had embraced a more regular workout regime 5 years ago, but I didn’t realize the very necessary requirement of keeping the body active. I knew it on a logical level of course, but resisted it. The Pleiadians say that a regular workout schedule is not only beneficial, it is required for transformation. And they mean DAILY. Even if it is merely a 30 minute walk per day, it is essential that we move our bodies, pound our feet on the earth, and stimulate our circulatory and endocrine systems, to clear out any toxins that we hold in the flesh from all of our emotional clearing. (Think cellulite.)

Be, Do, Have.

Being, Doing, & Having, in that order, are the three foundational
elements to a successful and productive life in a physical dimension.
Are you balancing all three?

Most of us don't. BUT, the amazing thing is that many of us are
beginning to. There is so much more awareness available to us on earth
right now that it is a very real possibility that those who choose a
life of self-responsibility can Be, Do and Have all that they can
dream.

Why so? Frequency. The rate of electromagnetic frequency that is
available on earth at this time is beyond our current comprehension.
The amount of resources available for each of us to attain self-mastery
is astounding. The desire to change is becoming more pressing to each
and every human as the old ways of Being, Doing and Having no longer
apply and necessarily fade into history.

What this means for us on a microcosmic level is vast, and it BEgins
with BEing.

Being is our foundation. It is our signature vibratory essence at any
given point in our life and depends wholly on our awareness and
self-knowledge. When we experience a state of growth and expansion,
our lives will no longer match our current perceptions. It is an
internal shift that suddenly disconnects with our external and
past-created environment. It is the proverbial mid-life crisis, the
extra-marital affair, the life-altering diagnoses of cancer, the
divorce from a life-long mate, the sudden bankruptcy, the loss of an
outworn job, the expression or change in sexual identity or
orientation, the...well, you get the idea.

This state of being is not a static one, contrarily it is in constant
expansion and necessarily so. When we begin to lose our connection
with our past reality we are simply expanding, growing, evolving and
becoming more of who we are in truth...and it is a beautiful
thing....but what do we do when everything suddenly seems stale and
flat and apathy seeps deeply into our blood stream pumping thoughts of
gloom into every facet of life?

The wheels come off.

In the case of a crisis, the momentum of an outworn drama suddenly
stops dead. Our perceptions become suspended and we lose touch with
what is no longer important so we can clearly come into contact with
what is. What many fail to realize through all the chaos is THIS is the
proverbial call to spirit. Not the magical one with unicorns,
waterfalls and leprechauns, but the realistic one that throws a brick
in our face. This seems to be the more common wake-up call, especially
in a western-dominated society where subtlety is akin to a gun shot
wound... but even more common is the overwhelming temptation to fall
into victimhood when, in fact, this is our BIG chance to have it all.
Sometimes a slight change in your camera angle or a radical outward
zoom is all that is required to deal.

What does this have to do with Doing and Having? EVERYTHING. The
thing is, and what most modern-day-motivational & Law of Attraction
Coaches fail to mention, is that you must BE who you 'consciously
choose' to BE in order to DO what you 'consciously choose' to do, so
that you can HAVE what you 'consciously choose' to HAVE. In that
order. And there are no skipping steps here. If you do skip a step,
you have to go back and face it eventually, so you might as well take
each step with deliberation and conscious action. The key words
here... "conscious and choose". Becoming conscious is really just
becoming capable of choosing everything, through exorbitant elimination
of illusion, from a place of truth and illumination as opposed to
performing the repetitive acts of unconscious programming based on
society/religion/govenment/ and most acutely...past and painful
memories.

What this means is that there is a cycle to conscious creation and this
cycle begins with clearing out the old and making way for the new.
This dismantling is imperative to rebuild the new foundation for our
new and higher visions of life and we can see this on the collective
scale as well. (Think government, healthcare, education, economy,
religion, etc.)

And this is also what it means to raise our vibration, or attraction
factor. It is the release of density, those things that weigh us down,
so we can experience more of who we are in truth... limitless beings of
extraordinary creative potential. The only magic in manifestation lies
in our electro-MAGNETIC-frequencies..

.we are quite simply human
magnets...and we attract EVERYTHING based on the frequencies we emit.
Our frequency is our state of vibration BEing and is contingent upon
the rate by which we are capable of vibrating. Our vibration rate is
contingent upon how much light (joy) we can allow into our lives. The
amount of light (joy) we allow into our lives is contingent upon how
much negativity we are capable of letting go of.

Who we BE is the real law-of-attraction-in-action, not what we think we
BE. We can't THINK our lives into change, just as clearly as red
sporty convertibles, leathery tans, and 8 days a week at the gym won't
make us 25 again. This means that while our thoughts, emotions and
actions do aid in the manifestation of our perceptual reality, they are
only a portion of it. Who we BE creates the platform by which we emit
all emotion/thought/action, and is relative to the amount of
joy/truth/light we hold based on how present we are capable of BEing in
our lives. When each choice/thought/action comes from present moment
awareness, without past or future filters, we emit a harmonic
frequency that gathers up and delivers universal like-resonances to
aid in the manifestation of our higher visions. It's pure magic, but
of course magic is pure science.

We create (attract) our life scenarios with the BE first...then the DO
and the Have. In order to attain the life that we dream possible, we
must first let go of the life that is making it impossible...the one
that holds us in limitation. This is the resistance that all of us face
while trying to incorporate (allow) the higher dimensional aspects and
life and love into our lives and bodies.

We desperately cling on to what we know already (youth) in fear of what
we don't already know. We think the worst instead of embracing
possibility that it can be better than what we're used to, and in lieu
of that, we try to recreate what's already been done. In a word,
boring. In two words, fear based. ANd we all do it. No one is
excluded from the fight between the ego self and the spiritual self.
BUT... when we can come to terms with the changes and embrace them with
the faith and the trust that we are expanding to a more fulfilling
plane of experience, it feels much more natural to let go. Holding on
then is the resistance that creates the mid-life crisis to begin with.
Change is natural, resistance to change is futile.

So then, smart people of earth... to BE, DO and HAVE all that we are
capable of at any phase of our evolutionary journey, we must BEgin with
letting go. When we let go of what no longer serves us, (toxic jobs,
relationships, and environments) we are free to BE, DO and HAVE the
things that we consciously choose on every level.

And this is the basis to creating a conscious life. We are always
creating (attracting) our lives according to these universal principals
whether consciously or not. Who we BE influences what we DO which in
turn attracts all we HAVE. So let me ask the obvious...

Self Surrender "I Have"

"I Have"

When often get caught up in situations that lure us from the life we truly desire. This is fine, until the higher self begins to enforce the painful lessons needed to overcome self imposed spiritual stagnation. This state of spiritual stagnation pervades, great currents of rebalancing swell up to manifest that which must be played out. Otherwise we becomes so lost in the material that forward soul movement is replaced with either stagnation or worse retrograde development.

No one is more persistence and steadfast than. usually excels at his work, because he understands the importance of method and order. has a wonderful sense of humor and often uses his humor to be the center of attention. is not aggressive, but can be stubborn and self-indulgence.

Taurus is loyal and faithful friend. As a lover, Taurus is sensual and amorous. Taurus is very fond of music.

Endurance, loyalty, patience, stability, harmonious disposition

This is a grounding layer and related to BIOLOGICAL

Layer Two is what Kryon calls "The life-lesson layer." This is the 4D relationship to the interdimensional layer 8, (which is the Akashic record of our lifetimes on earth.) In the negative, you can become careless, tactless, extremist, dishonest and overlook details.

Self Surrender is simply letting go of thought, behaviors, and actions that complicate our desire to live a life of harmony, balance, and good health. Letting go is also know as detachment. In order to surrender, let go, and detach from unwanted thoughts, behaviors, and actions. Letting go represents the learning of a lesson.

This lesson is related to number 8 and is related to power of control and control issues. This is good to mix with choice theory concepts. It may be a good idea to work on lesson 8 with 8 being a increased level of vibration.

Duality, know as "polarity consciousness" is the the study of opposites and how they one struggles for external power control and it's opposite self control. Duality defines very well how humans struggle daily to to acquire balance and harmony.

The illusion that exists between the spiritual and material world is what separates you from fully realizing spiritual self and connection to Source. The illusion is part of the human experience of duality. It is there so that you can transcend the human experience and learn to incorporate the spiritual plane into your lives. The illusion exists on the material side, not the spiritual. So when you lift the illusion you must learn to do for yourselves.

The belief that you are less than the Source is part of the human experience. The illusion was not put in place to limit your access to Source or to prevent you from accessing your spiritual connections. As you learn more about your divinity you remove the limitations that you have to fully experiencing the spiritual world. Your free will allows you to achieve any level of spiritual growth and learning that you desire, according to what you have agreed with self. The illusion is lifted when you are willing to do so. All you have to do is to be aware that duality is a an illusion that blinds you from your powers.

When become aware of the presence of the illusion you learn the lessons that pertain to your growth and healing. When you are ready to surrender your free will, which holds the illusion in place, and allow the Universe to participate in your journey and co-create your reality, the illusion is lifted. It is through your willingness to recognize your own divinity and power, to accept that you have come to work with the Source to bring the material world to a higher vibration that the process occurs.

Once the illusion is lifted you become aware of another aspect of life. You have access to your own unlimited creative abilities and power to manifest. You can step into the flow of the Universe and create whatever you want. This has always been available to you but it can only happen when you are willing to lift it yourselves. By lifting the illusion in your own lives you create an opening for the rest of humanity to do so. Are you ready to lift the illusion in your life? Acknowledge your divinity and power, recognize that you are not alone and are loved unconditionally. Remember your Source connection and step into your power. Then the illusion is lifted.

Abraham: We like to tease everyone, especially him [laughter], by saying you don't have to offer forgiveness if you've never condemned to begin with. And the Source energy part of you has never condemned.

But let's talk about this—you're really going to like this … if the Spiritual source within you is one who loves, and that is the case, and you have yourself focused upon something where you're feeling resentment or unfairness, injustice, and you're all balled up over it, what that means is you're looking at that situation in a way that the Source within you will not look. So the feeling of forgiveness is the feeling of relief you have when you start turning downstream and you start seeing it more like the Source within you sees it. So those are really accurate words because until you come into alignment with who you are, you cannot achieve that enlightenment. We want to remind all of you that enlightenment is not something like a college degree, that once you achieve it is yours forevermore; it either is or it isn't in the moment, depending upon what you're doing with your vibration.

So isn't it logical that, since you are a lover when you're loving, forgiveness isn't an issue—it's alignment. But if you are hating, now you're upstream, and you've got to turn back toward love or forgiveness.

don't use the word "forgiveness" because "forgiveness" sounds like taking something back. And you can't ever take anything back. Instead, we would like to call it redirecting the vibration of your thought into alignment with who you really are.

And so your forgiveness—in essence, you weren't so much forgiving someone for what they did as you were finding a way of looking at it that allowed you to align with the way your Source sees it. So interesting, because it feels like it's about what somebody else did, but it's not. It's always about letting yourself be who you are or not.

You are a lover, and when you are not loving, you're not who you are. And so, many would say that when you forgive, then you are who you really are. And we say it's not forgiving that makes you who really are, it's looking at it the way your Source energy looks at it that makes you the way you are. And you're right—your Source energy will never condemn anyone.

Not only will people who come from unconscious families really begin to understand the meaning of forgiveness and surrender and what it means to them but they will also come to understand love and what love is and how to receive love how to give love. The more unconscious you are means an absence of love and if you do not understand the concept or the energy of forgiveness and surrender you will remain locked into a life of loveless-ness unable to create the reality of your choosing.

Forgiveness and surrender are probably the most misunderstood words in the western world and probably the most talked about words, but these are not words, these two words are spirits, they are living beings; they are living consciousness. Both forgiveness and surrender is a living thing, it’s something that can flow through you and set you free and release you and allow you to, for instance to, surrender behaviour patterns that don’t work, for surrender means to hand over your weapons but surrender also means to let go. One must understand what weapons are and one must also understand what letting go is.

Weapons are those things that you use against other people to get what you think you want from others but the truth is that everything belongs inside of you and whatever you want or how you treat someone else you are actually treating yourself in that same way. So if you are using anger to get what you want from another person, if you are using anger to get justice or to get something that the other person doesn’t want you to have then you are actually using anger against yourself, using anger to give to yourself perhaps something that you shouldn’t even have or that you should give to yourself in some other way. The anger will be your guide into finding that part of you that won’t give to you what you really want.


Balance and Harmony

The purpose of living is to learn to find balance, the void. When that void occurs from righting imbalances and discords, there is peace.

Balance = "Equilibrium" and Harmony = "Agreement"

When you find balance and become centered you are aware of what is happening around and do not allow yourself to become enveloped or stuck in unbalanced and discordant energy, You realize it would only serve to stifle your own growth and development.

Balance and Harmony manifest unity. A balance person can void any discord and remain in balanced often providing a reasonable outcome. A balance person always has self control and never attempts to control others. This is the logic of Balance for it does not have to seek balance it just is. Balance is the still energy of unconditional love. Balance and harmony has the power to void imbalance conditions and discords because it is aware of the emptyness of the energy. The abundance or wholeness of a balance voids the emptyness or incompleteness of imbalance conditions.

Imbalances = "Instability" and Discord = "Disagreement"

When you are imbalanced and not centered you are not aware of what is happening around and you allow yourself to become enveloped or stuck in unbalanced and discordant energy, You don't realize that unbalanced conditions are stifling your own growth, development and health.

Imbalances and Discord manifest separation. A imbalanced person tend to perpetuates discord and creates other imbalances and discords. A imbalance person does not have self control and tends to control others. This is the parodox of imbalance for it desire balance and does not know how to create it. Imbalances are perpetual discorant energies in motion are are only conditional. Imbalance and discord do not have the power to void other imbalance conditions and discords because it is not aware of the emptyness of the it's own energy. Emptyness can not void emptyness or incompleteness cannot void incompleteness. Imbalance always feed imbalance.

The Laws of Balance

1) Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. This saying has come to be called the Golden Rule.
